    All Danish CSOs without a humanitarian partnership agreement (non-HPA CSOs) are in principle eligible for DERF funding.

    All applications for DERF funding of a humanitarian intervention must always be related to a specific eligible humanitarian crisis, i.e. a current call for applications.

    Pleae refer to the DERF Overview of current and historical calls for applications.

    Alerts can be sent to CISU by mail to derf@cisu.dk. To alert the Danish Emergency Relief Fund Please use the existing alert note.

    Before submitting your applications, please read the Funding Guidelines and the Administrative and Financial Guide for DERF Grant Management.
     

    Organizational capacity assessment

    Your organizational capacity can be assessed before or while applying for actual funding of an intervention, please refer to the description for how to have your organisational capacity assessed.

     

    DERF funding of a humanitarian intervention

    Please refer to the description for how to apply for DERF funding.

    NB.If you are applying for DERF funding without having a pre-qualification, you must undergo the same procedures as for a pre-qualification, i.e. the online application system, formats and annexes are mandatory, and submit them together with the application for a humanitarian intervention.

    NB.The assessment of a collective qualification and intervention application will be processed within 14 working days, while a pre-qualitifed organsation's intervention application will be processed within 7 working days.

    Applications for humanitarian interventions

    For pre-qualified organisations: You only have to upload and submit an application for the intervention.

    For non-pre-qualified organisations:  Your application for a humanitarian intervention can only be assessed if you also submit the applications for your organisational capacity assessment.
