/ About CISU / CISU Members / Member Services

CISU's main objective is capacity building and training - of staff, board members and volunteers from the 280+ member organisations. The overall goal is to facilitate high-quality development projects and partnerships between Danish CSOs and partner organisations in the South.

Through an annual membership fee of  DKK 1200 - DKK 3500, members all have access to CISU's core services: Advice, Training and Funding Opportunities. The aim of the Advice and Training services is to strengthen the members' organisational capacity in relation to planning and implementation of development interventions and to improve cooperation with partners in the South. It is, however, important to emphasize that only Danish member organisations can apply for funding through The Civil Society Fund.

CISU receives financial support from the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the day-to-day running of our Advice and Training services.
