With its unique pedagogy & Educational Entertaining shows & workshops MMCC Global has reached more than 4 million children & youth. The project in Ethiopia will be implemented in partnership with Bright Star, a local NGO with comprehensive experience for activities to empower & advocate for the rights of children & youth in Addis Ababa and the south of Ethiopia. The project empowers 9 youth in total 3 teams in their local communities in the south of Ethiopia. The youth will be trained to take lead of & organize social circus, psycho social activities & educational entertaining shows with children. A youth network to be created is aimed to be continued & expanded beyond the project. The project include: - Capacity building of 9 young trainers to become Social Circus team-leaders - Social Circus & other Psycho Social activities with 100+ children in 3 communities - 18 Educational Entertaining Community shows reaching 2700 audiences - Event & Competition
