Cross Cultures has been invited by SIDA to submit a full application for the Open Fun Football Schools + SSP project in Moldova to be submitted March 2024 with an overall objective of leveraging the Open Fun Football Schools initiative (OFFS) as a catalyst to strengthen good governance and collaborative efforts in advancing societal goals such as peaceful coexistence, child protection, gender equality, and social integration. It emphasizes collaboration among public authorities, community police, schools, civil society organizations, local communities, and citizens. It also seeks to facilitate a three-level governance structure to design and implement child protection initiatives. The target groups include children, youth, community police officers, and CSO representatives. The project aims to address their needs by providing inclusive activities, capacity building, and joint action plans by leveraging best practices in cross-sector collaboration that builds on the Danish SSP-model.
