Målgrupper
The primary target groups for this intervention are the inmate volunteers, the most vulnerable groups in prison specifically the seriously ill (90 patients every day, 175 annually), pregnant and breastfeed-ing mothers (4 every day, 15 annually), 50 juveniles (80 annually) as well as children aged 0-4 (6 every day, annually 30) and PFF through capacity building interventions. The secondary target group, which will be reached through safe drinking water and hygiene procedures, deworming and other interventions is the full prison population in the three Kabwe facilities, a daily average of 3,400 persons. The majority are males and about 100 are females. Another secondary target group is ZCS at local facility level in Kabwe and ZCS HQ and finally the PHAC.
