Sustainable Development Goals and commitment to issues in the local community. Danish-Tanzanian Network for Education and Elimu Mwangaza Tanzania will together with District Education in Moshi Municipality: - Introduce Sustainable Development Goals to 52 primary (16 private) schools and school area in Moshi Municipality. - Short introducing to more modern teaching methods, including child-centeret and action-competence methods. - Train pupils to identify areas of action in some of the SDGs in school area. - Partners will by this intervention learn to work together. Activities are workshops, courses, teaching in classes, school visits and cooperation with schools/classes in Denmark. We will have student teachers and a head of school from Denmark to participate in some activities sharing knowledge on SDGs and teaching methods, where local area around the school is used.
