Asociacion Kallpa

Kallpa was founded on August 20, 1990 with educational and social assistance purposes to improve the quality of life of the most vulnerable populations in the country. It began its activities in a school in Pamplona Alta in the district of San Juan de Miraflores in Lima, with a project of health promoting schools, from where we operated and began work with the educational community: students, teaching staff, service personnel , parents / mothers. We began developing capacity building, educational material and health campaigns in schools and in the following years opened its work in Cusco, Ayacucho and Loreto. Kallpa is made up of 34 professionals from education, health, human sciences, social sciences, artists, accountants, administrators, lawyers, etc., who develop educational programs on issues of sexual and reproductive rights, health promotion and protection, employment and entrepreneurship. youth, prevention of gender violence, as well as in other related areas concerning economic and cultural development, through strategies and actions to strengthen capacities, participatory management, public and political advocacy, communications and sociocultural animation. Likewise, Kallpa carries out consultancies, prepares educational material and any other activity related to Kallpa's corporate purpose.
