Indsatsen ønsker at etablere en Lokal NGO for de WAWCAS kvinder, der har afsluttet WAWCAS Programmet i Lamjung, Nepal. Organisationen skal drives af kvinderne på demokratisk vis og repræsentere deres interesser lokalt, samt organiserer relevante aktiviteter for kvinderne og deres børn. Strukturen for organisationen er lavet og en række valg har nedsat 7 regionale bestyrelser samt én central bestyrelse.
