Reduction of Online Sexual Exploitation of Children (OSEC) in “high-risk” city in the Philippines through PREVENTION, JUSTICE and RESTORATION
Immediate targets
Immediate Objective 1: PREVENTION Protective environments (online and physical) generating awareness among children and families and ensuring child safeguarding from OSEC. Immediate Objective 2: JUSTICE Strengthened public sector-civil society collaboration improving local justice systems and promoting local OSEC reporting through CIACAT. Immediate Objective 3: RESTORATION Capacitated local civil society actors processing referrals and ensuring safe community reintegration of OSEC victims.
Target groups
Primary target groups: ? 75 youth advocates from the Youth for Safety Youth Organization ? 1000 children and 2000 parents from OSEC high-risk city (Dasmariñas) ? 100 community stakeholders (local government officials and leaders of community groups ? 23 OSEC survivors Secondary target groups: ? 10 elementary schools and 10 internet cafes (and approximately 30.000 children attending) ? Government agencies including CIACAT, National Youth Commission

Let's eliminate Online Sexual Exploitation reducerer online seksuelt misbrug i én høj-risiko by i Filippinerne ved at: (1) danne beskyttende miljøer (online og fysisk), der genererer bevidsthed blandt børn og familier og sikrer børns beskyttelse mod online seksuel udnyttelse, (2) styrke samarbejdet mellem offentlige myndigheder og civilsamfund for at forbedre lokale rets-systemer og fremme lokal rapportering, og (3) styrke lokale civilsamfunds-aktører i deres kapacitet til at modtage og behandle henvisninger og dermed bidrage til en sikker reintegration af ofre for online seksuelt misbrug. Gennem projektet styrkes desuden det strategiske samarbejde med organisationen International Justice Mission og partnernes kapacitet til at arbejde med evidensbaseret fortalervirksomhed øges.
