Resume

Our project “STAND: Building Greater Girls’ Rights Movement II. Taking a Stand Against Child Marriage”, has as its overarching goal to reduce child marriage in Morocco by expanding on the efforts of our previous intervention: Building Greater Girls’ Rights Movement (“BIGGER”). This new intervention will strengthen the previous intervention’s outreach to a bigger and different target group of young grassroots girls, by building the capacity of local CSOs to become trainers against child marriage, and collaborating with them to achieve a critical mass and stronger advocacy power to close legal loopholes around child marriage in Morocco.
