The program's goal is to empower NEET youth, promote peace and resilience, and create lasting positive change in South Sudan. The program has three specific objectives: (a) Promote Peace and Cohesion - This involves bringing together children through sports and cultural activities to foster cooperation and trust among divided communities. (b) Empower Youth Leaders - The program aims to empower young leaders and coaches in NEET with soft skills to enhance their job readiness. (c) Improve Well-being - The program seeks to enhance the physical and psychosocial well-being of children through sports and cultural activities. The methodology of the intervention involves using sports and cultural activities to engage communities and NEET youth affected by conflicts. It emphasises building youth resilience through diverse youth-led social networks and positive relationships that transcend societal barriers.
