Resume

This intervention seeks to create a foundation for the emergence of a social justice movement within local communities and CSOs in Swaziland in a joint campaign putting the struggle for social justice and socio-economic issues at centre stage of the demands of the Swazi mass democratic movement. Through a number of activist schools, 265 activists from all over Swaziland will become community organisers rallying for transformative democratic change. The intervention focuses on training of activists, local and national campaigning around socio-economic issues and amplifying the demands and supporting the voices of the mass democratic movement at a global level. A strong solidarity platform will be established and strengthen the support for the Swazi cause internationally.
