Early February, more than 100,000 people triggered a surge in displacements in northern part of Mozambique, the Cabo Delgado Province due to the escalations of terror attacks or fear of attacks. This has caused a humanitarian crisis. At present, 68,000 people have sought refuge in neighboring areas, including Erati District, Nampula Province. The intervention will provide 5,750 vulnerable IDPs with Food Assistance and hygiene kits accompanied by hygiene promotion. The intervention is implemented by our local partner, Livaningo. The intervention will be implemented in Erati District of Nampula.
