Promote mental and social wellbeing of young mothers living with HIV and their children in Nakuru East, Nakuru West sub counties in Kenya, establish self-help groups, and anchor use of the psycho-social activities in the communities. Primary target groups 50 young mothers and their children to become resource persons, 80 new young mothers and their children, 20 police link desk officers - 10 per Sub County. Secondary target groups Children department, Health department, Education and Gender departments. Outcome objectives: Hope in Life reach the professional capacity of 8 volunteers in psychosocial work and 4 paralegals in women and children's right and protection, 80 new young mothers are empowered in the areas of personal and mental wellbeing, skills training and income generating activities, childcare and protection against abuse, Self-help groups of young mothers established in Nakuru West and Nakuru East, and the organizational sustainability of the intervention activities secured
