The project 'Reduce the Suffering of Affected People' (RESUAP) will cover immediate, basic needs of internally displaced people in Bam province in the Centre-Nord region of Burkina Faso. The overall objective of the intervention is to safe lives and reduce the suffering of the people affected by the Burkina Faso insurrection crisis. The key activity areas will cover food security, provision and improvement of shelter options, and WASH provision to displaced people with a focus on the most vulnerable groups. The project will be implemented by Alliance Technique d'Assistance au Développement (ATAD) in collaboration with CARE in Burkina and CARE Danmark.
