Log into 'Vores CISU'

Below you can find the necessary information and steps in connection with submitting an application to CISU's pools of funds.

Prior to applying for a grant from CISU's pools of funds, it's important to familiarise yourself with the guidelines for the particular fund. The guidelines specify, among other details, the criteria that Danish organisations need to fulfill.

Always refer to the most recent version of the guidelines, available under each fund.

The cover page that accompanies the application must be filled out and signed by the Danish applicant organisation and the leading partner.

If there are multiple partners involved in the application, partners with budget responsibility should sign the front page. It's acceptable to upload a separate front page for each partner.

Before submitting an application, the basic data about the Danish applicant organisation and any partners must be filled in or updated in the system Vores CISU.

Please note, this does not apply to applications for CISU's Information Fund.

It's the responsibility of the Danish organisation to input information about any partners.

The basic data allows CISU to assess whether organisations meet the applicant requirements and to evaluate the capacity of both the Danish organisation and partner organisation(s).

All basic data will be saved in the system and only requires updating, next time you want to submit an application.

It is always the responsibility of the Danish organisation to share the entered data with a partner(s). The partner can also assist with answering the questions: click 'here' in the box at the top of the basic partner data page to generate a link to send to your partner.

Log in to Vores CISU
Click on "Applications" in the left menu.
Click "Create" at the bottom of the page.
Choose the "Fund" you wish to apply.
Select the type of support modality you want to apply for under the chosen fund.
Enter a 'Title' for the application (keep it as brief as possible).
Click "Next" at the bottom of the page.
Enter/update data for the Danish organisation and any partners. An application is at risk of being administratively rejected if all mandatory data is not updated. Please note that you can only save when all mandatory data has been filled in.
Upload the application, a budget, and a signed front page.
When the application is complete, submit it to CISU, who will process it within the timeframe specified in the guidelines for the respective fund.
