Resume

The program objective is that civil society in Northern Ghana contribute to improved resilience, equity, and more accountable governance in Ghana. This will be achieved through the following four outcomes: 1) CSOs engage state actors for more transparent, accountable, and responsive governance; 2) CSOs advocate for transformative education and equitable allocation and distribution of resources to rural primary schools; 3) Youth have increased employability and advocate for their inclusion in decision making processes at local and national level; 4) Climate vulnerable communities use climate resilience strategies and technologies to increase agricultural adaptability and have improved livelihoods. The program is implemented in 10 districts and 3 regions in Northern Ghana. Furthermore, there is a strong focus on advocacy and networking at regional and national level. The program targets vulnerable communities, citizens, CSOs and government stakeholders at local and national level.
