This will be achieved through the following four outcomes: 1) CSOs engage state actors for more transparent, accountable, and responsive governance; 2) CSOs advocate for transformative education and equitable allocation and distribution of resources to rural primary schools; 3) Youth have increased employability and advocate for their inclusion in decision making processes at local and national level; 4) Climate vulnerable communities use climate resilience strategies and technologies to increase agricultural adaptability and have improved livelihoods. The program is implemented in 10 districts and 3 regions in Northern Ghana. Furthermore, there is a strong focus on advocacy and networking at regional and national level. The program targets vulnerable communities, citizens, CSOs and government stakeholders at local and national level.
